Time Management is the word of the day! We all have insane schedules, meetings to attend, family obligations, and find time to sleep! Did I forget to mention grocery shopping? Steve taught me an excellent lesson about implementation, 2 days prior to an event I organized in Cincinnati. Steve helped by inviting Jim Breech to my event as a celebrity guest to raise money for our charity with Rupert’s Kids and Rita Kuntz. Steve met me on a Thursday, before the event, and said, “Sure, Elizabeth, I will call you later this afternoon with confirmation.” I was amazed because I am the queen of implementation, and I met Jim Breech in person on June 1. Steve has hired me to be his Social Media Diva and we are going to be working special projects this upcoming year raising money for a variety of charities around Cincinnati!

Steve is a True Italian Networker. If you need something, he knows a guy, who knows a guy, who knows a guy…………….. Most importantly, Steve has an amazing heart for people! This past Sunday, he was the host of a Poker Run, and Concert in Memory of Sydney Monet…. The proceeds were benefiting Artworks in Camp Livingston.

I drove to Indianapolis one day with three set business appointments. I am very focused on time management in my business and drove to Indianapolis with a day packed. Two of the appointments canceled, and I was honored to spend majority of the day with TJ. He laughed last night at me when we were discussing business. I remember meeting TJ the first time in Indy at a Rainmakers Main Event. I approached him and he called me a few days later. From that point on, we have worked together on various projects and built a strong friendship. He is going to be a Father in a few days. I am so excited for him…

This is the TJ Couzens Story – As a young gentleman my parents went through a bitter divorce and my single mother had to earn a living by herself. We lived in Michigan and she provided for us. We grew up very poor, and learned business acumen from various individuals. Those individuals became my mentors in life, and led me to become an entrepreneur. I worked at a cheese factory in Grand Rapids, Michigan for next to nothing, at the age of 17. In the next three years, with hard work, I began as a box boy…moved up to Production…Production Manager…General Manager, and promoted as Vice President. I was a VP at the age of 20 years old. This experience taught me aspects of a small business and how to survive, with zero marketing, and eventually the company went under. I realized this is not the way to market a business, and began to research and learn behavioral marketing, psychology of humans, and how it relates to buying habits………. – A few years later I formed a business based on emotional connections and behavioral marketing concepts. I was honored to be a guest for Mike Capuzzi’s copywriting seminar in Philadelphia this past October with Marlene Green.

During the event I met Bill Glazer, Nina Herschberger and many other Glazer Kennedy members in Philadelphia. I love building relationships around the world. It’s 4 AM EST, and I’m so happy. Not only, do I get paid to write for a living, but simultaneously, I am watching the OLYMPICS  in Vancouver, Canada. When I was very little, I watched the Olympics because it is a WORLDWIDE event uniting the WORLD.   The focus of the Olympics is organizing countries from around the world, to share about their cultures, and compete in amazing sport events. (Mark my words, I will be at the Olympics in London Summer Olympic Games 2010!)

When I was a Rotary Exchange Student in Sweden, I had the opportunity and honor to travel around Europe for three weeks. This experience was life changing, I traveled Europe, and experienced it with 15+ Exchange Students from Around the world. As a little girl, I would watch the Olympics and dream about visiting all the venues. Innsbruck, Austria   proved to Elizabeth Cobb that dreams do come true with action.

It was July, 1997, and we stopped in Innsbruck, Austria. The Winter Olympics, Innsbruck, 1976. I was so impressed by Innsbruck because of the Olympics and the branding of the City. “The City with The Golden Roof.”

I have always wanted to participate in the Olympic Games. When I was in Track in High School, I dreamed about being in the Olympic Summer Games. Well, as time progressed my Olympic Dreams became a reality in marketing/writing and  focusing on my strengths.

My point with all this……When I was dreaming about being in the Olympics, as a little girl, and envisioning the venues, I was masterminding…. The only way, I was able to visit those Olympic sites, was implementing my action plan. The same thing applies with you and your business.

Dreams do come true. We can dream….dream….dream..dream.. and mastermind. The KEY is implementing and making an action plan. My passion and desire to write a movie script is possible. If you have a dream, start implementing today and create your action plan.
